 * The plug-in is generally unresponsive…
    Since it just resides like a couch potato,
   judging/using it is impossible.
 * Meanwhile, the ThemeFuse website has imploded and crashed.
 * Chaos has taken over!!

 * Man, this plugin is sweet. I have it working perfectly on a new 3.1.1 installation.
   It took about sixty seconds to set it up and see it run. Very nice.

 * Just to be sure your results are unique, you did go to Settings > TF Maintenance
   Plugin > and then configure and save the options page?
 * Also make sure you have no other redirect or maintenance plugins activated.
