# Installing

 * Trying to install the X theme from themeco, downloaded/purchased from ThemeForest.
 * Trying to upload as I have done with previous themes, then click on “Install 
   Now”.
    Theres a little circle going around up in the window tab which generally
   means that it is working, but it has been spinning for an hour and nothing has
   happened. Second time I have tried this with no result.
 * Any help please.?

 * For help with a commercial theme, you’ll need to ask the developer and/or the
   vendor – as these forums don’t support commercial products.
 * In the meantime, you may need to manually deactivate or delete that theme from
   your server – using FTP or Cpanel to access your site files.
