• I need to build a complex site with multiple menus. For example one vertical menu on the left and one on the right, both with submenus, also a top menu for standard items like Contact us, Terms and Condition and the like. All this is to be on the homepage. Each of these menu items will lead to subdomains which will have their own menus and pages. There will at least several hundred pages in total.
I am now trying to design the homepage but when I transfer it to WordPress, it tells me the theme only supports one menu. How do I fix this ? For the theme I am using Artisteer.

  • Did you ever find an answer to this? I have the same issue – a village information site (see http://www.stbees.org.uk – currently HTML) with multiple areas, each with its own sub-menu. I’m trying Weaver but that has only 2 menus and those are general ones, not specific to a particular page. I’ve figured out a work around using a Text widget which only appears on single pages and listing the sub-menu items there with links to the sub pages, but that seems clumsy.
