# Theme via filezilla

 * Hi all,
 * I’ve recently purchased this theme [here
 * I’ve now uploaded the theme via filezilla and it’s been added to my wordpress
   which is great, however the theme doesn’t seem to have all the functions available.
   I mean pre-loaded so that I can modify them accordingly.
 * Here is [my site](http://www.yourdecorationmatters.co.uk/) which is after the
   install should it not have the sliders, contact form, centre boxes, ect ect pre-
   loaded ?
 * I’ve contacted the theme developers, but the problem is they are a little slow
   in responding,
 * If anyone could please help me with this it would be much appreciated.

 * Should it not look like this once I’ve downloaded it

 * I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek 
   support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we
   support, [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
   here.
