 * I had someone make a theme for me on this site [http://www.artsjunkremoval.com/](http://www.artsjunkremoval.com/).
   
   I tried to upload it to another new site. I have it zipped on my desktop I cannot
   open it. I get an error admin access denied windows. I really like it. It has
   a fixed sidebar so as you scroll down the page the other pages are always to 
   the left side. It also has a go to top at the bottom simple yet handy.
 * Can I copy the code and have someone upload it to the available themes?
    Someone
   might like it and be able to use it as is or modify it. Can I copy and paste
