# Theme Upload Internal Server Error

 * Hi,
 * I have a theme that includes a parent and a child. After I’m done uploading my
   parent theme. I then activate the child theme so everything works. Everytime 
   I do so I get this message (below). I’m not sure what’s wrong?
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@solarenergyfinder.donnaaguon.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/theme-upload-internal-server-error/webmaster@solarenergyfinder.donnaaguon.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
 * Can anybody help?
