Here is the site in question:
http://blairsrepair.com
There ought to be navigation links just below the top greenish area – text links that say HOME, ABOUT US, etc
They’re all gone now for some strange reason, but there’s a “Navigation” box in the upper left that typically is only for mobile devices.
Aaaacckk!
The plugin attempts to create a backup of the theme before the upgrade takes place. The location of this backup file is given after the upgrade is complete. If you did not take note of that location, you can find it by looking in your site’s wp-content/uploads
directory. The backup file’s name follows this pattern: canvas-VERSION-RANDOM.zip
where “VERSION” is the old version and “RANDOM” is randomly generated text.
Assuming that this backup is present, you can “upgrade” to the backup version to restore the old theme.

Thank you for your speedy response!
Yes, I do see a zip file in our MEDIA LIBRARY folder, but I’m unsure HOW to restore to this zip file?? Could I trouble you for a few pointers?
Thanks again!
It’s a theme zip just like any other theme zip. Install it in the same way you installed the update you downloaded from the theme provider.

OK, I guess I ought to download to my computer first…..because when I click “Browse” to upload a theme, it always brings me to my computer files (hope that makes sense).
Thank you!
Yes, you will need to download the file first.

Thank you SOOOO much for your help! Order has been restored – not sure why the current version of Canvas causes the formatting and navigation to go wacky.
Here’s the end result: http://blairsrepair.com/
Again – thank you!
