Also with WP 4.1 updates hasnt changed. What i just noticed with WP 4.1 is that Favicon is not displayed anymore on Google Chrome. But with Firefox still work.
By the way, any ETA to next update?
I believe you are talking about Gray background in Text widget. This color is from the beginning of the theme.
About next update: Since the theme is not update since several months, there are so many changes in the Theme Review standard. Theme options rendering currently in the theme is not allowed now. We need to either use Settings API and Customizer API. I am trying to update to match with latest WP but lots of rework is needed to release new version. I will to my best to update theme as soon as possible.
I honestly have no idea why it gets this grey color on pages text boxes. As I mentioned, I believe it is a plugin conflict caused by page builder. Blog posts for example, are not affected by this issues because I’m not using the plugin for articles.
