Theme update destroyed my site…help!!

The Coeur theme update DESTROYED my site. I lost all of my customization, even though I have a child theme in place. There are two MAJOR problems that I cannot fix; they seem to be bugs in the theme. I posted other help requests forums and have e-mailed the theme’s author, but no response yet. I am posting again because I have a NEW problem: in addition to having lost the option to make my page adopt a wider width than the default (although it is still an option in the customizer, it doesn’t work), NONE of my images are wrapping the text around them.

I designed all of my pages and posts around the fact that the text would wrap around the images, and in my post editor it shows that they do, but now they aren’t and my entire website is a mess. Please, does anybody know of code I can add to the child theme to fix either of these issues?! I’m a desperate newbie here…
