Theme: Twenty Thirteen Content Blocks

Hi,

I would like my site to look like the screenshot used for the Twenty Thirteen theme. The theme itself doesn’t seem to have any way of making it look like the screenshot!

I’ve tried many different content block plug-ins but none seem to work.

I’m running Yith Maintenance Mode plug-in at the moment but the site is here.

I would like a static page with full width background colour content blocks with so 99% of the content is on the front page with links through to other pages/blog etc for more information.

I know a lot about CSS but very little about PHP.

Any help would be appreciated!
