I created a static homepage and noticed that sidebar are missing. Sidebar is shown only in blog page.
How do I keep sidebar on pages that I have created?

the forum search should have given you a lot of links to look through.

do start by creating a child theme http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

then use a plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/twenty-eleven-theme-extensions/
