[Theme: Twenty Eleven] Schedule option is missing.

    I recently reinstalled WordPress after changing web hosts and discovered that with this install I’m lacking a “schedule” button as a publishing option. I’m using Twenty Eleven. I can set a different time but can’t schedule and selecting “publish”, even with a future time, will publish it now.
