[Theme: Twenty Eleven] How to make a post Sticky or Featured

    I am going nuts trying to make this happen and I don’t see where I do it. I want to make a post sticky and/or featured and I don’t see where to do it. I am using a new install of WP on my server. Everything is default. I have a showcase page setup and added a second standard post.

    What am I missing? Help a brother out please.
