# Theme test not starting

 * Hi everyone,
 * I got this plugin because the option to split test whole themes sounds amazing!
 * However, I have trouble getting it to work on my free trial. The experiment is
   shown as running in the Nelio dashboard, but it doesn’t collect any pageviews.
   Also, I cannot see the alternatives being actually shown when using different
   devices and deleting cookies/private browsing.
 * What did I miss? Do certain tests only work with a paid subscription?

 * Thanks for getting in touch and for giving our service a try. In principle, all
   tests are available to all free trial users, which means your Theme experiment
   should be working.
 * Could you please tell me the site in which you’re trying to run the test? I’d
   like to see what’s amiss.

 * Thanks for the quick reply!
 * The theme test is working now. I think all that happened is that there is a delay
   of a couple of minutes before the experiment goes live and starts reporting. 
   After a while I could see the alternatives on the page and the statistics coming
   in.
