    I'm getting a fatal error when I try to install the Theme Test Drive plugin.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_error_message() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/beta/wp-content/plugins/developer/developer.php on line 363

    I've tried this on both WordPress 3.4.2 and 3.5 RC2 installed on localhost using MAMP.

    Here's a screenshot of the issue: http://cl.ly/image/0308443N0D2T

    Update: same issue with Reveal IDs:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_error_message() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/beta/wp-content/plugins/developer/developer.php on line 347

    The undefined function error is fixed in Developer 1.1.2:

    Reveal IDs was also replaced with Simply Show IDs:

    However, there's still an error when installing Theme Test Drive:

    <br />
    <b>Warning</b>: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in <b>wp-includes/class-wp-error.php</b> on line <b>117</b><br />
    ERROR: Failed to activate plugin:

    This is caused by passing the WP_Error object itself as the error code:

    Once I replaced that with $activate_result->get_error_message(), I got the proper message:

    ERROR: Failed to activate plugin: Plugin file does not exist.

    The plugin looks for theme-test-drive/theme-test-drive.php file, which doesn't exist. The correct file is theme-test-drive/themedrive.php.

    I've created a pull request: https://github.com/Automattic/developer/pull/38.
