• I’m not a pro, but I’m also not a noob. So sorry if this is something simple but sometimes I just get caught up on things.

Anyway, There are giant blank spaces on my website I want to get rid of. I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. I’ve been using Chrome’s developer tools to try to find the problem and correct it but after about 2 hours of trying I just really need help.

And yes, I know about child themes and editing from there. I just need to know what CSS to use to fix this.

Here is the link. It’s qawade.com/vaservices in case that didn’t work.

To be more specific, I need the space about the page content and below it to be smaller, as well as make the footer widget section smaller. Too much wasted space.

    Thanks!
    Dylan

  • It looks like you’re using some sort of page builder plugin for this home page… There seems to be some inline styling adding all sorts of padding.

You’ll need to look in that area.

I didn’t think about the pagebuilder being the issue. Even before that it seemed to have the gap, but I’ll look into that.

Edit: I didn’t use the pagebuilder on the contact page and it still has the gaps. Any suggestions?

Looks like there’s a padding issue of 100px for the top and bottom of a class called .page-wrap

You can address this to overwrite it in a Custom CSS area or in your child theme.

Thanks! That helped for a lot of the page. The footer is still huge though. Trying to see what might be causing that. Any ideas there?
