Theme-Support: Product-categories thumbnails cannot be resized

I’m posting this here since I couldn’t find the theme support:

Recently, we have changed our theme to ‘123 medicine’. Now, the categories and sub-categories thumbnails cover almost the whole page. I tried to bring them back to normal size by using regenerate thumbnails and tried every option for the theme and WP to change the sizes back to normal.
However, when I preview other themes the thumbnails seem to have the proper size.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
