There may be some confusion here. The themes/plugins support refers to those which reside in wordpress.org/themes and wordpress.org/plugins
If those are purchased you would need to reach out to where you made that purchase from. Odds are they have their own support channels as well and may know their code best as well.
I will note that if you are looking for more general CSS there are more dedicated forums as well for that and you may end up getting better results there if the questions are more general CSS usage.

I’m trying to adjust the CSS within WordPress for that theme. For which there may be generic CSS answers.
You’re using a commercial/premium theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

The communications here are not clear. There is a “Vega” theme which is supported here.
It costs $35 – commercial.
They are best equipped for it – but they do not provide detailed support I was hoping for here.

OK, yes. If they don’t provide the support you want/need, then maybe you should find another theme.
