Theme suggestion

Hi, i want to make a website about an organization, which contain menu like HOME, ABOUT US, GALLERY,PEOPLE,CONTACT US.

In PEOPLE tab, there are information about all the people that are part of that organization, these information can added by user/admin. But the main thing is if someone want to find a person he/she can find easily or in other words i can say there must be a dropdown menu which contains year to filter all the people.

so which theme is easy/compatible for me. please suggest if you know. thank you in advance.
