[Theme: Suffusion] Kudos!

Kudos to the author of Suffusion for a genuinely well-crafted theme! The options are boundless and some of the skins that come out of the box are pretty neat too. The two new features in the last round of upgrades, mega menus and custom layouts really take the cake.
