Theme settings page is disappeared

    Hi and thanks for support.
    I’ve just installed a new theme, buyed on ThemeForest. The theme was updated last 28 of June, so is full compatible with the latest WP version.
    But I can’t see, in the Admin Dashboard or in the Admin side menu the Theme settings page, so, for me, is impossibile to customize my new site.

    Disable all your plugins.
    Clear your browser cache.
    Log back into your WordPress admin.
    If it’s displaying properly now, you can check for the conflicting plugin.
    Enable one plugin at a time, until you found the plugin that’s causing this issue.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
