Theme settings does still not work

    We can´t access our theme settings since two days ago.
    We sent you a new premium support Q yesterday . Nobody have picked it up yet.
    I think that´s really bad……. Is it something wrong with your premium supportsystem too? Somebody in your staff should at least give some responce to your customers, especially if they pay for support.

    @nofrills, please leave us some “normal” timeframe for a response, you keep repeating yourself on all channels, github, wordpress, tickets, emails. it has been just a couple of hours and ALL your support requests have been replied by now.

    You can expect an answer within 24 hours usually.
    If possible, we try to answer instantly of course.

    A solution for this nasty bug is on the way, we finally found out why some users have this problem. but i wrote you this already 🙂
