Theme Sela – Front-page – add text box and move titles of widgets

I am using the Sela theme, great clean and modern theme. There are a couple of changes I would like to make to the front page.

1. Rather than having the text box overlay in the featured image, I would like a text box underneath the featured image. I’ve managed to remove the text box overlay from the featured image but can’t figure out where and how to add in an additional text box under the featured image.

2. On the front page widgets, I have included an image – no text. So on my website, I see the widget title and the image. I want to have the widget title under the image but I can’t see where to change this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
