• Hello,

I have a problem with my current theme. Something seems corrupted. New plugins won’t appear on the dashboard, while old ones that have been uninstalled months ago still do and won’t go away. I can not get an SSL certificate without installing a new plugin, which, indeed, doesn’t appear on the dashboard once installed. The same happens with other plugins too (although not all).

It’s an urgent problem. I’d need it fixed by tomorrow, possibly. Can someone either access and solve it, or tell me how? Some friend has suggested to get a new theme and replicate the graphics of the current one, but I don’t want and even if I would I don’t have the time.

    Here’s the site: https://im1776.com/

    Let me know. Thank you,

    Mark Granza

volunteers on this forum are not able to access your website-if you would like to explore hiring someone use this link: https://jobs.wordpress.net/

    A few ideas….

if you are sure it’s a problem with your theme, can you get in touch with the theme author/developer to ask for guidance so you can keep the theme?

do you think there is any trouble with your hosting plan configuration that might be contributing to the issue?

    try this tool:
install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to temporarily deactivate all plugins and theme
might help narrow down the source of the issue
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

generally, a plugin is not needed to install an SSL certificate
