This morning I ran a suggested update from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6 on the Maidenhair premium theme on wordpress 4.1.1

The update of the free theme seemed to be successful, however, the update of the premium theme part gave an error and completely reset all settings

When attempting to update again I received a message to be ‘cheating

It reset the WP theme to the default one; when applying the Maidenhair (free) theme as default again I found that it lost ALL customized settings
The premium one is no longer available.

When looking in the theme settings I see the following error for the premium theme:

    Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    maidenhair-premium Stylesheet is missing. Delete
Simple WP Community Theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the “bp-default” parent theme. Delete

    Hi,

it seems that the Premium theme has not been updated properly, most probably due to a temporary web server issue were not uploaded all the files. Please try to reinstall the theme from the original ZIP file you got after purchasing the Premium version.
If your problem continues, please send me a message through the contact form on my website, because this support forum should be used only for questions related to the free themes hosted here.

    Best regards,
    Tomas Toman
