Theme recommendations for this plugin?

I’m looking for themes that artistically make sense with this plugin.

I’m working on a blog/art gallery, but am open to suggestions. I’ve been looking for something that “floats” in front of this plugin, possibly with some transparent elements involved to really show it off.

The themes I’ve found have a ton of white-space that blocks out about 90% of the plugin, and I don’t really know how to get around them. Does anyone have any recommendations?
