I have had to delete and re-install my theme and wordpress due to buggy issues. I have reinstalled both wp and the theme. However the theme is of course back with default settings. I have all of my backup files. How do I re-install the theme setting files so I don’t have to re-work anything? I have access to ftp but am not so familiar with any advanced stuff just tht basics.

Thanks to anyone that can help me out with this. I’m desperate to do this without having to redo any of the work I put into this theme. Especially the image galleries.

    Thanks!

That would be database settings and not so much files, sadly. One thing I wouldn’t recommend if you are fairly new to all of this.

Those settings are generally stored within the wp_options table of the database; usually stored as an array.

Thank you. I guess I don’t understand. I’m pretty stuck without being able to replace the content.

Are there any articles on this?
