[Theme: Raindrops] popup bar at bottom of page

How do I turn off the black bar that pops up at the bottom of the page when you scroll the mouse all the way down? The one that shows links to “top of page” or “next post”? Its a cool concept, but it means that you can’t click on any of the bottom of the page links!
