 * how do i import a downloaded theme
    and make it the one thats seen when people
   visit my blog site. i know theres a css code but where do i put it?

 * if you downloaded a theme it will already have the css file
 * also, if the latest version – 2.7.1
    go to admin – Appearance – Add New Themes
   click on “upload” at top of next page browse to zip file you downloaded click“
   install now” after “success” message – click on “Theme page” link click on the
   theme you just installed visit site
 * if wordpress version is older than 2.7 see this video

 * When I go to Admin -Appearance, there is no “add new theme.” I am using 2.71 
   and uploading themes the old way is just mangling them. Any ideas?
