# Theme problem after installation

 * I’m a newbie so i hope someone can help me.
    I’ve added a new theme i purchased
   by following the instructions provided here [http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Using_Themes](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Using_Themes).
   After the installation , in the “available themes” section i found six themes
   identical to each other. I activated one of these but it seems that some options
   are missing. What could be the problem? Many thanks!

 * I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from
   the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.
