 * i am a new user in wordpress, trying to build a news blog.I am having issues 
   with wordpress themes, they don’t usually appear as advertised.pls i want to 
   know if
    1.themes are operating system sensitive? 2.if paid themes actually appear
   as advertised 3.which free theme will actually appears as advertised on my windows
   10 system . N.B:I noticed the traffic theme appeared as advertised on windows
   7 , but doesn’t on windows 10

 * 1. No. If WP runs the theme should run.
 * 2. Themes may include “demo content” that makes them appears as they do in the
   pretty pictures, but generally on install, you get an unfurnished house. It’s
   up to you to furnish it. The pretty pictures show what’s possible. Check the 
   theme’s readme or support forum to find out if demo content is available.
