Theme problem

    Hi I installed WordPress and then got a woo themes theme, when I installed the theme I got this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function mfunc_wrapper() on a non-object in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\street44.ie\iceaudio\wp-content\themes\wootique\includes\theme-woocommerce.php on line 179

    When I installed the woo commerce plugin I get this error: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 0412C55F
    I also now cant access the admin panel.
