[Theme Pinnacle Virtue] How can i move Sidebar and Slideshow

Hi guys, I have a question.

I have this site and i found this awesome theme, i love them.
I recently added the slider (the theme itself has this option) in the homepage but i have a big problem!

I want to align the slider to the center of the other posts, and move up the sidebar ( reaching the header) ’cause i don’t want to let so many blank space.

Can you help me in some way? I know there are genius around here, hope you find me!
