Words with preceding hashtags converting to tags

    Hi there!

    I have an issue that I can’t figure out and would appreciate a helping hand!
    It seems like every time I have a hashtag word in a post, it becomes a tag.

    For example:

    #00000 and #ffc107 become tags. How do I prevent this from happening? Thanks!
