[Theme: Oxygen] Template output – can somebody explain please?

    Hello … been struggling with this for weeks…

    By default there is a full-width template:

    if ( is_page_template( 'page-template-fullwidth.php' ) ) {
    $sidebars_widgets['primary'] = false;
    $sidebars_widgets['secondary'] = false;

    You would think that changing these values would have an effect; but it does not! However if I remove this function all together the two columns come back. I only want the primary sidebar.

    I’m so damn close to a two-column layout; just can’t cross the finishing line .. please anybody have any ideas?

    hmm I presume you mean devpress.com ?
    Wasn’t aware of it before to be honest.
    At $30 yes I’d be tempted to get support since I’ve run out of ideas.. I’ve been hacking the php for several weeks now and have not got a solution; despite being soooooo close.
    Interesting that the theme owner hasn’t said a word, he/she could have said what you said ….
    Cheers
