[Theme: Oxygen] Self hosted transition/features

    I’m transitioning from WordPress.com to a self-hosted install. I was using Oxygen on WordPress.com, and have set it up on my custom install. I’m having a hard time finding some very basic settings:

    – Custom header image
    – Custom site width
    – 3 column setup
    – Custom featured image size for posts

    Thanks for helping me figure out what I’m missing here. I’ve worked with custom themes in the past, and these have been fairly easy to figure out.
