Theme overriding register email; thoughts on manual execution?

Hello!

Great plugin. Emails look good. But I’m running into an issues with a theme that has overriden the “welcome email” that I configured. Pretty annoying and the theme devs don’t want to help, so I thought I’d ask you!

I have the user_register() function the theme uses nailed down and know the offending code, but WordPress is not my thing; I’m unsure what function(s) you’re using to actually send the message. Theoretically, if I knew that, I could replace the theme’s register message with the Better Emails register messages.

Would you mind helping another dev out with the hook/function(s) that could be called in another WP php file for execution?
