Theme options not working!

Hi! Thank you for the free version of the theme. But I have a question. Is it possible to use the theme option to edit the “blog options””portfolio options” and so on! I can’t open any of those 3 or 4. Only one is open, and the rest are closed. Is it the feature that is disabled in free version? If so there is no point in editing only one and leave other default!
