 * Hello, I do not have theme options in my Admin bar… any suggestions why? I can
   set up only settings in Themes – customize… Thanks for help!

 * Hello,
    I had the same problem. 1.Activate another theme example (2014,2015) 
   2.Delete virtue theme 3.After that install virtue theme and activate. I hope 
   to help Regards.

    You need to install the virtue toolkit plugin (you should get
   a notice once you activate virtue).

 * Yeah! Now it works! Thank you, maybe I missed notice and those options was there
   before.
