Theme options missing!

Can’t figure this one out for the life of me. All of a sudden there are areas missing from my Theme options. The areas where I typed in text and 2 headline titles is now missing, obviously I’m unable to change the text or delete it because I can’t access it anywhere in the theme anymore. I have contacted the developer but no response. So now I have two websites, one of them being my site and a customer with the same theme that I’m working on and I can’t access these options any longer. I also have the same layout on the About page and can not access this text either.

I also am no longer able to upload a logo into the theme, the option is still there but when I try to upload it appears to be doing it but the image doesn’t show that it’s been uploaded and doesn’t actually show on the website itself.

I’ve tried deactivating and then reactivating all my plug ins. Also tried activating a different theme and then reactivate the theme and none of these has fixed the problem. Anyone know what is going on and how to fix this issue?
