# "Theme Options" missing

 * I use Artisteer to make my templates and there has always been a tab under Appearance
   called “Theme Options” where I had some vital options for my site.
 * since the 3.4.2 upgrade, this options panel is gone

 * my site was active with that template long before I updated, the option disappeared
   as soon as I updated to 3.4.2
 * Is this new to wordpress? has the option changed?
