# Theme options menu is missing

 * Hello,
 * The theme options menu item is missing. I have disabled all of my plugins. I 
   have switched to different themes. I have reinstalled my themes. I have tried
   different browsers. (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) None of these solutions are working.
 * Has anyone encountered this? This is a fresh install of WP, and I am not using
   multisite. Been banging my head against the wall for the last few days.
 * Any advice?

 * Check your wp config if this is not disabled from there. Also be sure that if
   you use a child theme, this does not disables the theme options.

 * Thanks for the response. I don’t have any child themes installed and I don’t 
   see anything in my wp config file.
 * At this point I’m not sure how else to troubleshoot it. I guess I can wipe my
   database clean and do another fresh install. I really don’t want to have to do
   that..
