Theme option missing

    I downloaded the newest wordpress version.
    I’m an admin for a school website that uses word press.
    On my website dashboard, the theme option is missing. I don’t know how to manually upload themes or use the pre-made ones to my website. When I try to download themes, they keep downloading onto my computer.

    Please help ASAP

    You can enter in Appearance → Editor??

    I don’t have that option, either.
    I only have:
    Posts
    Media
    Pages
    Comments
    Profile
    Tools

    Is it because I don’t have full access to the website? Even though I’m an admin?

    Maybe you can install the theme with ftp. I dont have idea about you problem sorry
