Theme on phone calling nonexistant images?

I have a really strange issue and am not sure where to start with it.

On mobile browsers only, the wordpress theme seems to be calling images that arent there.

Example,

navigate to

http://www.nfc-tra-internal.gopagoda.com/?page_id=1241

You’ll may see the image of the first partner for a second, then it will be gone. Its calling that image (apm.jpg), but as apm2x.jpg

If I duplicate and rename that jpg, it will work, but otherwise its broken.

Any ideas?
