 * Hi there. I just purchased the Fabric Child theme & Framework from Studiopress.
   I saved the zipped files to my computer, went to add them to my website, and
   I now get this error:
 * Warning: require_once(/home/content/29/9363829/html/wp-content/themes/genesis/
   lib/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or
   directory in /home/content/29/9363829/html/wp-content/themes/fabric/functions.
   php on line 3
 * Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/
   content/29/9363829/html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php’ (include_path
   =’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/29/9363829/html/wp-content/themes/
   fabric/functions.php on line 3
 * I can’t even look at my website (www.gloriouseats.com) without getting this error.
   I can’t log in, I can’t do anything!
 * When I purchased the theme from Studiopress, they guaranteed a one-hour response
   in the forums for support. It has been 4 days and I still have no response on
   my forum! I thought the whole point of paying money for a host and a theme was
   so it would be easy to just install the theme and start posting. This has been
   almost 3 weeks of struggling just to get the site lookin good so I can start
   adding my content, and I’m beginning to feel as though I wasted a lot of money
   on nothing.
 * Help?

 * As these are commercial Themes, you will need to consult the support offerings
   of the developer, StudioPress. Part of your purchase price for the Themes includes
   support.

 * This is what they told me:
 * You can remove the child theme using FTP or your webhost control panel under
   File Manager.
 * Then install GENESIS as well as Fabric.
 * I don’t know what FTP is, and I don’t know what a webhost control panel is………..

 * My webhost is WordPress, which I can’t log in to because of the error. This is
   why I don’t understand. Is there a completely different site I should be going
   to?
 * I didn’t know I would need to know all of this lingo to do something so basic
   as installing a theme. Yes, I am a novice. This is my first website.I have been
   on forums for days.

 * You need to ask StudioPress, from whom you purchased the Theme. To repeat myself:
 * As these are commercial Themes, you will need to consult the support offerings
   of the developer, StudioPress. Part of your purchase price for the Themes includes
   support.

 * > My webhost is WordPress
 * No. WordPress is simply an application running on a web server. Your WebHost
   is the _company from whom you lease that server space_.

 * Okay. That makes much more sense!! Thank you for your help! I was just getting
   the two confused.
