Theme not responsive on mobile phone

    Hi,
    I am having trouble with the theme on my mobile phone. It wont switch to a responsive mobile view automatically. I am using the theme on my own Server, so I dont have the nenu point that leads to design > mobile. Die I have to activate the mobile Version in some file first? Thank you.
