Theme My Login Action Menu errors

    Hello,

    Whenever I try to add TML actions to my menu, my site just does an endless loading spin and never adds anything. I even waited/let it spin for over 15 mins before just refreshing. Doesn’t matter which action I try to add, it never adds anything.

    Is this a bug issue or something?
