    Hello everybody!
    I like to change the display of posts on my frontpage. I am using now the standard the_excerpt option, but I want to customize the excerpts via the “more”-button in the visual post editor.

    How do I use the_content() instead of the_excerpt in the latest mantra-theme?

    Code responsible for the action, found in theme-loop.php:

    /**
     * Sets the post excerpt length to 40 characters.
     *
     * To override this length in a child theme, remove the filter and add your own
     * function tied to the excerpt_length filter hook.
     *
     * @since Mantra 1.0
     * @return int
     */
    function mantra_excerpt_length( $length ) {
    	global $mantra_excerptwords;
    	return $mantra_excerptwords;
    }
    add_filter( 'excerpt_length', 'mantra_excerpt_length' );

    With kind regards
    Franz

    Solved – just use the excerpt option in the visual editor – displayable via the options menu on the top right corner!
