[Theme: Manifest] Move date and title – Worth your while…..

I need to find out how to change the position of the date and post title. I would prefer they be along one line, possibly with the title directly above the start of the post aligned left, and the date along the same line, but aligned to the right. I have tried a number of things, but I’m a little lost here. I did also search, but it seems that a lot of solutions are specific to those edited sites even if under the same theme. Surely it’s a simple css change? Getting no answer here, so 5 gbp paypal to the one person who helps me out! (no hijacking please, first able to get’s it)
