Theme locked me out?

    The Hero theme has locked me out of my website and is giving me this error..

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/content/47/9654147/html/wp-content/themes/hero/admin/options-framework.php on line 398

    What do I do?? Someone please help!
